I have proudly served as a broker in South County for over 40 years, representing buyers and sellers of homes, land, and development properties. Over the years, I’ve built strong local connections and lasting relationships, and I am honored to be known as one of the area’s most trusted and respected real estate professionals.

I work directly with my clients every step of the way, supported by a licensed full-time Operations Manager, to make the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Problem-solving is one of my strengths, and my goal is always to help clients navigate every decision with confidence.

I am proud to partner with Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, the largest locally owned and operated independent real estate company in Northern California. Through this partnership, I have access to the most comprehensive marketing, sophisticated technology, and professional resources available in the industry.

Having lived in South County since 1979, I am deeply rooted in the community. I serve on the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Bank and am an active member of both the Morgan Hill and Gilroy Chambers of Commerce. I am a longtime supporter of the Gilroy Foundation and Gilroy Assistance League, and I had a long tenure with the Gilroy Garlic Festival. I am also a member at CordeValle and served multiple terms on the Board of Governors for the Silicon Valley Capital Club. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my two daughters, my son-in-law, and my two grandchildren.
